How tailoring works

Rezi checks a resume with Rezi Score, which uses 23 metrics. Rezi tailors the resume with keywords for the job you want.

OpenJobs starts from what you did. For each job, it picks and rewords the bank lines that the job asks for. Each requirement in the posting shows the bank entries that cover it, or says that none does yet. A requested skill is not evidence that you have it, so a gap stays visible. One master resume

The OpenJobs master resume shows your resume in the template and colour you pick. The free plan downloads it as a PDF. You can click a bullet to include it in every tailored resume or keep its exact words.
