Prepare here, apply on the employer site

Use your experience bank to prepare a resume and answers. Review and copy your materials, then complete the application yourself on the employer site.

Prepare one application

Browse the public catalog without signing in. An account keeps your bank, saved searches and prepared materials private. Saving a job does not create an application. Choose Prepare in your workspace to create a held private draft; reopening that job keeps your edits.

  1. 1Import a resume or add experience to your bank, then review and approve the source facts you want to use.
  2. 2Choose a job and prepare its resume and actual application questions.
  3. 3Check source links, missing facts and any questions the employer may ask later.

Complete the employer form

Open the draft from your board. Review and edit the answers, copy each one and download your resume. Follow Open employer application and enter the information yourself.

  • Copying, exporting and editing saved materials do not request another AI generation.
  • Additional gated or conditional questions may appear on the employer site. Paste them into your preparation pack when needed.
  • OpenJobs does not autofill employer forms or submit applications for you.

Recruiter replies are separate

Recruiter email is an optional feature for existing legacy subscriptions; it is not part of the Prepare or Daily application-pack allowance. A drafted recruiter reply waits in the Recruiters view for your approval. Its approval has a 10 second undo window before delivery in the thread. This is separate from application preparation.

Existing queued actions

Previously queued actions keep their real status and available undo controls. Opening a draft or applying manually does not cancel an existing queued action. Check that status first so you do not duplicate a delivery.
